2025 Club Calendar:

March 1st: Deposit Due
50% of Total Balance, Main Office open weekdays only for payments, photos and tours.

March 22nd: Main Office opens weekends for payments, photos and tours.

April 1st: Last Date for Cancellations.

May 1st: Members may access their accommodations.

May 15th: Deposit Due.
Remaining 50% of Total Balance Due.

May 25th: The 2025 Season begins.

June 25th: Full time cabana service begins.

June 26th: Daycamp begins.

Aug 15th: Daycamp ends.

Sept 1st: The 2025 Season ends.

Sept 7th: Last day for Member access to Accommodations.

Nov. 15th: Escrow Payment Due.
$100 deposit for the 2026 Season.
